Link helps Stripeās merchants deliver frictionless and secure checkout experiences by auto-filling customersā payment information. Link enables customers to checkout in just 6 seconds, increasing conversion rates for Stripeās merchants by over 7%. Link is available on the sites of hundreds of thousands of merchantsācustomers can save payment info on any Link-supported site, and pay in one click across the Link merchant network. Link is built into merchantsā existing payments integrations on Stripe, with no additional charges or fees.
What youāll do
Weāre hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of Link Balance ā a foundational product that transforms Link from a one-click checkout into a global consumer financial platform. Link Balance is built on stablecoins, powered by Bridge and Privy, and distributed through Stripeās network of 200 million consumers. Link Balance brings the borderless, programmable, and instant utility of digital dollars into everyday use. Youāll define how value is stored, surfaced, and spent across Link, designing experiences that make digital money feel as intuitive and safe as any other payment method. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity to help Stripe grow the GDP of the internet by building its native currency and shaping how digital dollars move through the global economy.
Responsibilities
- Establish the multi-year strategy for how stablecoins are stored, surfaced, and spent across Link, shaping both foundational infrastructure and consumer experiences.
- Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities, making clear recommendations based on what drives the most value for consumers and merchants.
- Drive product development and launch execution, scoping, coordinating, and shipping new capabilities in partnership with Engineering, Design, Treasury, Compliance, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Develop and manage cross-functional relationships across Stripe, Bridge, and Privy to ensure the balance model scales globally, integrates seamlessly into Stripeās network, and upholds the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Define and track success metrics for adoption, engagement, and reliability, using insights to iterate quickly, optimize user experience, and guide future roadmap decisions.

Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally spanning both consumer-facing and platform products
- Ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments and drives clarity through execution
- Skilled in product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, building buy-in and translating insights into clear product decisions
- Deep customer intuition and product taste, combining design empathy with a rigorous, data-informed approach to measuring impact
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes partnerships, aligning milestones and executing integrations from concept to launch
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate complex problems and influence decisions across audiences
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building global consumer and merchant products at scale
- Background in 0ā1 product development or early-stage environments
- Exposure to or curiosity about crypto and stablecoin
- Experience operating in two-sided or multi-actor ecosystems (e.g., consumers, merchants, platforms)
- Familiarity with financial or regulated products, and comfort working through compliance and risk considerations
