In your role as a strategic Employee Relations (ER) expert, you will join our dynamic global ER team, taking on a high-impact position that spans various regions. With your extensive experience in common law jurisdictions, you’ll develop scalable ER programs that enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes. You’ll be part of a team renowned for its deep ER expertise and forward-thinking strategies, utilizing AI and data-driven tools to advance employee advocacy, risk management, and scalable solution strategies. Your work will involve resolving complex people challenges through a data-informed lens while mentoring leaders and employees with empathy and care, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What we offer:
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $25.2k-$29.6k PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
